Culture Beauty processes orders Monday - Friday.  Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.  Culture Beauty does not ship on major U.S. holidays

$7.99 Standard Shipping will arrive within 3 - 5 business days after it is shipped. Domestic orders above $200 get free shipping.

Culture Beauty is not responsible for missing or stolen packages. If your package goes missing, please contact the US Postal Service.

Due to the nature of these products, there are no returns or refunds. If there are issues with your order, please contact culturebeautystudio@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

We accept Paypal, Apple Pay, and most major credit or debit cards.

We also have the option of Shop Pay where you can pay in instalments or pay later.

An order cannot be modified or cancelled once placed.
